Continental’s best deals were for travel on the Baltimore/Cleveland and Boston/Newark routes, though US Airways matched the latter. Continental beat its own price for travel between Houston and New Orleans, while AirTran and Delta offered lower Newark/Atlanta fares and United had a better price for the Newark/San Juan route.
