Skybus
Editor’s note: This week’s Deal Alert email newsletter inadvertently referred to Minneapolis as one of Skybus’ new destination cities. We meant, of course, Milwaukee. We apologize for the error.
Low-fare carrier Skybus is adding four new cities to its network: Chattanooga, Gulfport/Biloxi, Milwaukee, and Punta Gorda (near Ft. Myers). Fares start at $10 one-way.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that these are the lowest fares around. Even if the $10 fares are not available for your date, Skybus’ other fares range from $20 to $80 each way, significantly less than prices from other airlines on these routes.
The deal
Service begins on December 5. Skybus hasn’t listed a booking deadline, and claims that some $10 fares are available on every flight.
