AARP
AARP members are eligible for exclusive benefits with many different hotels, airlines, cruise companies, rental car companies, and more when they book travel using Travelocity’s AARP Passport website.
The deal
Travelers 50 and older, who hold a valid AARP membership, can save money on travel when booking online if they use Travelocity’s AARP Passport portal.
While the featured deals change frequently, there are some mainstays including airfare discounts and various rental car discounts.
Current specials include:
San Francisco hotels from $50 per night$500 onboard credit on select Caribbean sailings with Regent Seven Seas through November 15.Savings of up to $420 per couple on escorted small ship cruises with General Tours
These promotions are subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Other restrictions may apply.
The important thing to remember when using a site like AARP Passport is that it doesn’t automatically mean you’re getting the best deal possible. While some of the deals really are fabulous, others are not. You should always check the website of the company you’re booking with, just to make sure it isn’t offering any specials that beat AARP. For example, if you’re booking a car through Hertz, price your rental dates on AARP Passport and on the Hertz website.
