Flights to Hawaii are on sale from $562 round-trip. Destinations include Hawaii-sale standards such as Honolulu and Kahului, plus destinations including Hilo and Kona.

United’s best deal among the routes I checked was for travel between Washington, D.C., and Hilo. Other airlines, including Delta, Hawaiian, Northwest, and US Airways, beat United’s sale prices for the other routes, however, so you should be sure to shop around before booking.

The deal

Travel is valid from January 16 through February 29 and from April 2 through April 30.

Book tickets at least 14 days in advance. Departures to Hawaii are valid Mondays through Wednesdays, and returns are valid Tuesdays through Thursdays. Fares require a two-night minimum stay, and the maximum stay is 60 days.

Book by January 23, 11:59 PM ET.
