This is the first sale of the year available exclusively to member of Spirit’s fare club. The $18 fares are available on many routes, so this deal may be worth the cost of enrollment in the club if your route is included.

Hawaiian’s sale fares were the best I found for every route, with the exception of travel between San Diego and Kahului, where Aloha had a better price. This sale is competitive, but you should still do a quick fare comparison before you book.

US Airways’ sale is spotty. Its best prices among the routes I compared were for travel on the Dallas/Lihue, Detroit/Honolulu, and Phoenix/Honolulu routes.
