South Africa is becoming one of the best holiday destinations in the world. World-class attractions are found in every part of this country. Excellent road infrastructures, stunning scenery, bubbly city life, and excellent game viewing are some of the reasons why many tourists come and flock to South Africa. For most travelers, one of the fundamental reasons for traveling to Africa is the chance to get on safari in South Africa. Tierra Atacama Hotel & Spa

San Pedro de Atacama is a town in Northern Chile. It's main sights include 80 active geysers called El Tatio, Cordillera de la Sal and the Licancabur. These are just three out of the many sights that one can find in Atacama. One can see the beauty of the San Pedro de Atacama without living like a desert nomad. Twenty minutes from the Atacama center is the Tierra Atacama Hotel and Spa, where guests can relax and enjoy the Atacama desert. Apart from charming accommodations and relaxing spa treatments, guests are also offered a variety of of excursions to green canyons, bird watching, wildlife tours, walks through salt crusted caves, sand dune surfing or climbing expeditions. Another highlight of the hotel is their “living room” ambiance, where guests can mingle in common areas to meet old friends and make new ones. Tierra Atacama Hotel & Spa is set to open on New Year. Guests can avail of introductory rates which are valid for the rest of the year. Children younger than 4 are free of charge.

Durban’s

Posted in Video by on the November 30th, 2007

The city rivalry in South Africa is hotting up, with Robyn producing some slick Marxist video propaganda to lure people away from Cape Town with promises of exotic culture and boringly clement weather.

For people that don’t like too much sunshine, warm water and man eating sharks, I maintain that Cape Town is still the better option

Domestic

ATA has announced a new sale with fares from $79 one-way or $158 round-trip. Destinations include Chicago, Dallas, Honolulu, and Lihue.

ATA’s sale prices were the best available for every route I checked. Even so, it’s always a good idea to compare fares before you book to ensure you get the best deal for your itinerary.

Through Friday, JetBlue is offering sale fares from $59 one-way or $118 round-trip. Destinations include New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Cancun.

JetBlue’s sale fares were the best available for four of the six routes I checked, though I found lower fares from JetBlue itself and US Airways for travel between Chicago and Long Beach, and from Delta for travel on the New York/Cancun route. Note that other airlines’ prices came within $2 of JetBlue’s low price for many routes, so you should still compare fares before booking.

Why Choose a Hawaii Cruise?

Aloha is the general feeling of a welcoming atmosphere that any visitor is bound to come into contact with upon entering Hawaii. Visiting Hawaii will give you the chance to be in a place where you can find very hospitable and warm people. It also gives you the opportunity to experience and witness how Hawaiians celebrate the very well known Luau, have the fun of being welcomed with leis, and have the luck of exploring its wonderful and lovely sand beaches and the other scenic spots that abound in the Hawaiian Islands. There are so many entertaining things to do in Hawaii; whether you are traveling alone or with your family, you are sure to find a selection of both land and sea fun activities including snorkeling, whale watching, horseback riding, swimming, surfing, and a whole lot more. It is up to your decision if you intend to have a Hawaii land vacation or a Hawaii cruise. However, here are some motivations why you need to choose a Hawaii cruise:

American

Posted in Travel Deals by on the November 30th, 2007

American’s new domestic sale competes with a similar offer from AirTran. Cities include Atlanta, Chicago, and Miami.

American’s sale is spotty. US Airways beat the sale prices for the Los Angeles/Newark, New York/Miami, and Boston/Chicago routes, and AirTran, Northwest, and United also had better prices for the latter. The remaining three routes I checked were the best available, but AirTran, Northwest, and United had the same price for the Chicago/Minneapolis fare, and other airlines came within a dollar or two of American’s prices. This sale is worth a look, but since AirTran and other airlines also have competitive fares, you should shop around before booking.
