Flights to and from New Orleans are on sale from United. Fares start at $274 round-trip for travel through mid-November.

United’s best deals among the routes I checked were for the Denver and Los Angeles routes. American and United itself offered lower fares for the Albuquerque and Las Vegas routes, while AirTran beat United’s San Francisco fare. Compare United’s sale fares with its every day fares and those from other airlines to ensure you get the best deal.

The Hedingham Castle located near Braintree, a town in the county of Essex houses a fine representation of Norman Keep. All About Bags

The Purse Blog encourages shallow obsessing. Purseuing is just as obsessed in anything that can be carried on your shoulders. The Green Bag Blog thinks outside the bag. Many are showing off their bags on flickr's the bag blog pool. The above are just a few examples which proves that bags has morphed into more than just a practical way to carry all your stuff around with you. Bags are fashion accessories. Are you as obsessed? Are you interested in more than just getting your hands on the new designs of the House of Chanel, Prada, Gucci and Louis Vuitton (among others)? Perhaps a look at the variety of designs and the bags which became popular through the years? If so, a trip to Amsterdam may very well be worth it.THe Tassen Museum Hendrikjein (in English, Museum of Bags and Purses) has re-opened. It showcases bags from the 16th century until the present day, including the creations from Pierre Cardin, Paco Rabanne, Yves Saint Laurent, Gianni Versace, Paul Smith, Alexander McQueen, Lulu Guinness and Tom Ford. Labels like Gucci, Hermès, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Donna Karan, MiuMiu, Chloé and Fendi are also part of the museum. If you are really interested in the history of bags, I suggest that you book a guided tour. I have to warn you, though as it might feed your obsession even more. Overnight in a Wright

Who does not know Frank Lloyd Wright? He has greatly influenced American architecture, thanks to his talent and the fact that he enjoyed a long career in architecture. Apart from iconic design of the Fallingwater for the Kaufmann residence, Wright became a household name when he designed the Prairie House. Prairie Houses became vogue. Houses had open plans, were horizontal and were made of natural materials. If you are fascinated with architectural designs, particularly those of Frank Lloyd Wright's, you can always head for Pittsburgh and see the Fallingwater. Want to take the experience a bit further? Well if you have the moolah and if you know which strings to pull, you can do a Brad Pitt and celebrate in the living room of the Kaufmann residence.Another great alternative is to stay at one of Frank Lloyd Wright designed houses. The Louis Penfield House in Ohio can be rented for a minimum of two nights. Up to 5 people are allowed to stay at any given time, with a cost of $275 per night, plus tax. To reserve, click here. The Duncan House, another Usonian structure like the Penfield House, in Pennsylvania is available for two-night weekend stays. It costs $385 a night. Check out the details at Polymathpark. Don't you think that an overnight at Wright is the best way to study Wright's architecture?

La Tomatina in Valencia

Food fights usually occur in school cafeterias. Starting or joining a food fight would merit you detention as this reflects reckless behavior. As an adult, you might look back fondly at the food fights you took part in. Unfortunately, if you start one, you might get the adult version of detention… in jail! Or… you can just head over to Buñol in Valencia, Spain and join in one of the biggest food fight in the world – the Tomatina. Along with tens of thousands of other adults from all over the world, you can join in and help throw one hundred metric tons of over-ripe tomatoes. There are a few rules, though, which participants need to observe:You need to squash the tomatoes before you throw itYou are not allowed to use bottles or any type of objects which could cause serious injuryYou are not allowed to tear someone else's shirt (a rule oft broken, though)You should take care when the trucks pass byOne water cannons are fired once again, the food fight is over La Tomatina begins at 11am on the 29th of August, 2007. Check out About.com's gallery for pictures on last year's La Tomatina. To check out tourism info on Valencia, check out GateWay Valencia. (more…)
